Hi. My name is Paul and I was born in a small mining town called Mufulira located on the copper belt in Zambia. I often say I was born with the bush in my blood and I love the outdoors. When I was still very young my family moved to South Africa which is where I grew up and lived for thirty two years.  In 1997 I left South Africa to pursue an international career in the power generation field. My work has allowed me to travel to many countries and to experience a multitude of cultures.

In late 2011 the shutterbug bit me and I have now developed a passion for travel, wildlife, nature and landscape photography. I still have so much to learn but that is half the fun :)

I currently live in the Seattle, WA area where my life is shared with my wife and two daughters.
